PowerBuilder Window Attributes

How come PowerBuilder 2.0's list of window attributes doesn't have the window's name? You can reference the window's width, height, title text, etc. Isn't it strange to say, "I know I'm 150 pounds, 6 feet high and that I wear a hat, but I don't know my name."
