SAS ACCESS and ORACLE 7

A few days ago I posted a note asking if anyone is using SAS ACCESS and ORACLE 7 and what if any workarounds they have come up with for the Sun platform. I have an update on this situation.

We got prompt response from SAS technical support and now have SAS ACCESS installed on our Sun. However, since I'm going on vacation, I will have to experiment with this after I get back. If anyone is still interested, I can post another update.

By the way, what statistical packages do all you others use if not SAS?
