Oralce and color monitors on unix platforms

We are getting ready to integrate several clients with Oracle running in a Unix environment. I have played around with the color options for Oracle, but was wondering what recommendations the net may have for color terminals accessing oracle.
What other options should I consider in this development? What about bitmapped environments?? Anyone have pricing available??
