How to print form letters (mailmerge?)/NeXT DBKit

I need to do some sort of mailmerge function to plug names and addresses into form letters. The tools I have are (soon) NeXTStep 3.0, the DBKit, WriteNow, and whatever else comes with the NeXT. I also have Perl, and would consider anything else that would make an easy solution.
