SQR and ORACLE

The reports yesterday about SQR no longer supporting ORACLE was really big news, if indeed it is true.

Would someone who has actually followed up on this with the company drop me a line? (I'm glad, finally, that we have SQL*ReportWriter. Although I have to admit I really only use SQL*Plus.)

There are a lot of places that are going to be stuck at V6 until they convert lots of reports to something else...

Any more details appreciated.
