SQL*Menu50 login/password question

Situation:

The SQL&Menu50 application is entered and the user enters his/her own

login/password. The menu selections call runform30 passing the hardcoded
login/password of the owner of the tables (different from users). Does this
login/password get passed to forms or does the &un/&pw.

The user gets errors on the tables for the form even though the login/pass     of the owner is passed in the application. I know that I can get around this     problem by using synonyms and granting permissions but this seems a little     too much. The SQL*Menu50 manual does not specifically address this issue but     it seems that the form should be using the login/password that is appended     onto the command in the menu application and not the one used to enter the     application.

Any information on how this works would be greatly appreciated!
