        I've been told by Oracle that all you need to access other applications within sql*menu is design privs. The instructor using sql*menu for her class tells me that the students were given only design privs and any of them can access the others applications.

        I have to be missing something here. With all the levels of security that Oracle has, something must be amiss here.
