Oracle Reports, PDF to XML

I have a PDF Oracle Report Service (the URL is the usual, http://server:7779/reports/rwservlet)

I want to get the PDF in XML format, without using the Report Builder. Something like this:

http://server:7779/reports/rwservlet/getjodib1234?GiveMeTheReportInFormat=XML
