-In my old company we used WhatsUps Gold which has watchdog enabled when 'process' is off it triggers email methods of letting people know.

[Quoted] Hi Guys,
We have solaris10[v210], running Iplanet with oracle application server.
The OAS keeps crashing.
1)I'm guessing the crash is due to too many users 2)How do I determine what the exact cause? 3)Is there anything like pinging an application if it stops runing;restart it.
-In my old company we used WhatsUps Gold which has watchdog enabled when 'process' is off it triggers email methods of letting people know.
But anyway to automactically trigger the the restart command?
Thanks
Joe
