About Well-Looked Reports in Oracle Reports 10g

Hello,
Can I create reports which will look like reports in MS Excel 2000 like this file:

My data is placed in a view with lot of columns.

A report is need to be created for EACH ROW of the view.

The data of a particular row is used for drawing Bar Chart, Pie Chart and may be aligned vertically to show it properly.

Can I do this using Oracle Reports?

I have downloaded the Creating Reports manual of oracle reports but it does not have much information on charts.

Please help me in doing this, as in Excel I have to do a lot of manipulation and manual work.
