1 You shouln't top post in this forum
2 Daniel is right, on two counts

  1. you are providing insufficient information, and you are unreasonable to expect this forum is going to read all of your code. If you want someone to read all of it, Oracle has a site with trained monkeys they call Metalink. This forum however is manned by volunteers and the monkeys are getting food and money for it.
  2. using CURRVAL without ever using NEXTVAL on a sequence doesn't work. You can look that up in your documentation.
