of a bunch of generic dll's.
You usually need to install Developer first in the *default* home for
Win2k, and 10g last in a *different* home from the first home.
Note they also come with completely different installers, 10g uses XML
currently and 9i Java.
Just follow the installation instructions carefully and it will work.
Don't even attempt to install Oracle without reading the installation
instructions.
You will fail.
