Oracle has some good technical whitepapers for upgrading your forms to the
web. Have a look at the depreciated and "bad" parameters/commands. Even if
the docs title include 9i, they are woth reading.
You too will have a look at webutil to get back some needed client
interaction.
If you do it right, then forms on the web can be more performant than on
client server.
Don't migrate to 9iDS but directly to 10g! There is also a migration
assistant for forms you can use, but if you have a lot of forms, you would
like to try PITTS.
