Yup. The usual admonitions to
[Quoted] - post sufficient detail especially with respect to whether you are using 32-bit or 64-bit O/S, whether you have your environment variables set up correctly, and whether you can succesfully make any Oracle provided demo program using the Oracle provided make file.
