IANAL_VISTA's response is a bit harsh but the point is valid. What you appear to have done is provide the appearance of security without any. Go to http://tahiti.oracle.com and look up security and read the many documented possible solutions.
If you have questions about them and their implementation then come back with your specific Oracle version number and specific question.
Right now your system wouldn't make it past a SOX audit if it qualifies for such concerns.
