Not sure - I would say it's inconclusive. All I am willing to *guess* is you're running "web based forms". But that existed since Forms V4.5 (Developer 1.4W, for "web").

Hmmm... client side, eh? Running Forms in client/server mode then? If so, nothing is required on the server (apart from a file server, perhaps :) ), as long as the connectivity is there.

In short - get that straightened out: what version (like the RDBMS, the more digits, the merrier), and in what mode (Web, or client/server)
