RapidSQL bind variables

Is it possible to use bind variables in Embarcadero RapidSQL 7.3 ? I am switching from Toad to RapidSQL and have queries that are set up like

select xxx
from yyy
where zzz=:q

When I execute queries in Toad it will prompt me for a value for q, but in RapidSQL I will just get an error. Can I get this to work in RapidSQL ?
