conditional display of the page in oracle report

I have a Oracle report which displays a front page every time when a certain query is run. Now, is there a way to display the front page only and only when a ceratin parameter say :param='all' is inserted by the user Otherwise whenever the user enters :param='any other number' then the front page doesn't get displayed Received on Tue Apr 20 2004 - 20:55:15 CEST
