failed to start listener

when I tried to start listener in the control panel, error occurs: could not start the OracleOraHome81TNSListenertest service on Local Computer.
Error 3: The system cannot find the path specified.
when I tried to start at the command line, it's just like this: c:\oracle\ora81\bin>lsnrctl start
