  I uninstalled the 9.2 Developer Suite and re-installed it on the same computer and the same OS.
  Everything is working now.
  I did not follow the Install documentation for the Developer Suite except for stopping all Oracle's services.
  I just answered the questions in the assistant.   Is the Oracle documentation not up to date?   But I am receiving now when rebooting my server a message that Oracle Intelligent Agent failed to start.
