discoverer does not start

I have checked the mfc42.dll version , it is same with other running
machines.
Is there any one who have similiar problem? I have checked metalink ,
and found suggestions to install service pack , but sp level is same.
There is also another file produced by crash , it contains memory map of the dis51usr.exe . It points an offset insode mfc42.dll , but as i said before replacing this file has no effect. I also tried uninstall/install oracle but again it did not solve the problem.
