Oracle Data Loading using SQL Loader

I have a strange prob --
I get data files with Thousands of records -- I use SQL Loader to do that --
Some times, the bad files are relatively big... I use the same bad file(as data file) to load again and its good with loading..
Can any one give me an answer to this??
