Problem installing Oracle9i

I downloaded "Oracle9i Database Enterprise/Standard/Personal Edition for Windows NT/2000/XP" from the Oracle site (http://otn.oracle.com/software/products/oracle9i/htdocs/winsoft.html) and saved the files in Disk1 Disk2, and Disk3 on my desktop as [Quoted] instructed. I then moved the files in Disk2, and Disk3 into Disk1 and tried to run setup.exe to install the software that is when I received the above message.
I then downloaded J2RE-1_4_1 and installed it but the oracle installer refuses to run and I
still receive the same message that I received before. Could someone please help me resolve this mystery?
My OS is Windows XP home edition with 256 of RAM, 20G of hard drive
