Length of a menu item label

When generating a menu receiver error
FRM-31649: Label for menu item <item_name> is too long.
Length of the label is 51 chars, menu compiles if label is 50 chars.
See no restrictions mentioned in documentation on length of label name or a
property item which would enabled me to
increase or decrease it.
