you don't mention version or deployment
method of your forms.
But there are the Key-f(n) triggers where n is the
function key number. Make sure it is on at the form
level or relevant block level.
Also if some of the function keys are mapped to certain
actions and if you want to override them you will have to
change the forms resource file (FMRUSW.RES) - i believe.
