Does Graphics Compiler Exist?

I am developing reports for an application whose reports and forms are also developed with oracle forms and report developer, and compiled with oracle forms and report compilers.

I recently begin to use Graphics builder. The question: How can I compile graphics? Is there a thing called "graphics compiler" or is there another way to call these *.ogd files (graphics builder file) from the application?
