HI!

Did you check TNSNAMES.ORA? If you have database and Reports installed (different HOME) on the same computer you must change connection string in TNSNAMES.ORA in NET80\ADMIN folder where developer is installed...

If you installed developer and database in DEAFULT_HOME than you might have a problem???!???
