My company provide a 45 day eval copy of its modeler. v2.1 will take the schema & let you diagram it. You may need to license a jdbc driver for your database separately (some of these are provided with purchased version). Our partner, EasySoft has a wide range of drivers available that can also be evaluated for a period of time without charge.
v3 will also create ddl for Oracle, MS SQLServer and DB2. v3 was released 28 August but may not be on the website just yet for free evals.
