query_only no_query_only in called forms

Hi.
I have a form called from several others forms with diferent parameters including the query_only and no_query_only at the call_form-

By example when i call the fortms with the paramert p_1 and P2 and seting the call_form with query_only the form must to maque an automatic query.

By contraste if y call the form with parameter p1,p3 and p4 and i call the form with no_query_only yhe form replace the some block items with the parametres values.

May some one help me?
