Designer9i - missing tutorial "Speedy pizza"

Hello anybody,
I have installed Oracle9i Designer. Designer is part of Oracle9i Developer Suite Release 2 (9.0.2.0.0). However, I have not found tutorial "Speedy pizza" for the designer.
Tutorial ussualy was in <ORACLE_HOME>\ctutxNN but after installation there was not such directory.
Does anybody know where can I get it?
