Hmmm...

I don't speak Italian, but I speak enough Spanish and French to understand. And what I understand here is that you need to read some doco about:

1. Installing and admining Oracle
2. Basic editor usage and commands (pick your platform - win or *nix).

Also, don't be afraid to try things out. Make some test database instances and experiment.
