There used to be a special tool for this called db3prep but that has since long been deleted by Oracle.
The best solution looks like attaching the tables to an Access database, and exporting them to Oracle using the ODBC driver. I know for a fact this procedure works. Please avoid lowercase column names and whitespace characters in the original table names, the ODBC driver won't convert them.
