Oracle developer migration

Hi,

I have to check a migration path for a set of applications built using Oracle Developer 2000. Would it, in general, be easier to migrate applications to Oracle jDeveloper than to another Java environment (say Websphere)? Any things to consider?

Can anybody give me some pointers to resources on the web about this issue?
