export/import db

I've a problem about for export/import db. I log in user SYS in console OEM FOR export schema/table and then "EITHER Preferred Credentials are not set or the username and/or password are invalid for this node. You must set the Preferred Credentials for 'ntoracle'
in the Oracle Enterprise Manager Console". Why?
