Forms 4.5 support notices?

Hi,

According to Product Availability, it looks as if you can still purchase Developer/2000 release 1.3.2 which contains Forms 4.5.

Can anyone point me at a lifecycle page that indicates if/when Forms 4.5 is desupported?
