Oracle 7.3.4 installation and win2000

Hi there,
I got an error message saying that oracle installer cannot kill the oracle intelligent agent service almost at the end of the installation process and saying that i should try to reinstall logged with an administrator account.
However, I was logged as Administrator...
Same thing happens under WinXP Pro
Does anybody come across that issue ?
