Forms do not show tab canvas after calling other form

or after show an alert.
I need press TAB to see tab canvas.
Are there any solution for this problem? Calling of NEXT_ITEM, GO_ITEM and so on does not help. P.S.
Forms 6i, patch7
Patch 8 does not help too.
