Generating FMXs to run in differents OSs

Hi
If I have in a local network client machines with differents OSs (win95, win98, win2000), is there some problem using the same FMXs in all of them? Or it is better to generate the FMXs in the target OS?
I have seen some strange behaviours, like LOVs not displaying in some OSs (never in the OS where the FMX was generated), and I thought it could be something related to the OSs versions...
