schema difference tools

Does anyone know of any good Oracle command line tools for schema comparison ?
I have a program which syncs 2 databases if any DDL changes have been made. I know for example that Toad does this, but I need a command line tool which will hopefully output a sql file with the difference between the two schemas Received on Fri Jan 11 2002 - 20:06:52 CET
