Does Single master and multimaster replication mix?

Can I set up a system of 4 databases, one master and three replicated slaves, in single Master config to maintain sync? And within each of these DB's, have one 'user table', for monitoring who is logged onto what, which is Multimaster and updates the remaining three when necessary?
