Oracle Express question

I have Express Server 6.3.2
I want to change property of some variable ('UserVisible' ) I'm doing:
Limit Name to 'GK_ACC_PERIOD'
(I'm using command LIMIT instead of command "�onsider GK_ACC_PERIOD" because this command doesn't take effect. Why so?).

Then I'm doing:
PROPERTY 'USERVISIBLE' False
Update MyDb

Property 'UserVisible' doesn't change. Why?
