Including an image in reports 6.0

Hi everybody. I hope somebody can help me about this:

Is it possible to include an image in Report 6.0, which comes from a file or a database, but it´s not included in the report code "hard". I mean, read the image as a query?

And a second question: Does anybody knows if is possible (and how to do it) disable the tabs key in pl/sql editor in forms 6.0?
