Shouldn't be a problem.
When you continue to use that system you will develop presbyacusis and you won't hear the sound anymore.
Apparently this is a result of prolonged use of that particular system, and I would rather consult a qualified pc-technician, or a qualified shrimp if you still believe Oracle is causing this.
