ORA-304500 on WIN2000 when using EXEC_SQL (Forms 5)

Hi all,
I am using the EXEC_SQL package in a form (Oracle Forms 5.0.6.8.0). This form works fine on WinNT clients; on a Windows 2000 client I get a ORA-304500 error. I've read on Metalink that a patch is required for Forms 4.5 on a Windows 2000 client (in case of the ORA-304500). Do I need to install a patch too ? Anyone with the same problem ?
