Where can I found the [Oracle Enterprise Manager Configuration Guide]

Recently, I have try to implement the Oracle SNMP funciton, I've looks the on-line menu, It says config the [Intelligent Agent] should read the books [Oracle Enterprise Manager Configuration Guide] for more detail, now I want [Quoted] to find the books.
Could any one tell me, is this on line menu? or I have to search it on our company Oracle CDROM?
