Re: error vtk-1000: unable to connect to management server

My connecting error is only in console, other tools are ok. My problems are only by oms connecting.
I haven't configuration assistant for enterprise, in my installing cd there isn't.
How do i configure my oms without assistant? String error is in news object.
My server os is windows nt, my client os is windows 98, my net protocol is tcp-ip.
I tried by "scott", "system" and "sys" accounts but i'm not able to connect, i tried with global database and with my lan server ip address.
