getting start with drag and drop on forms

I'd like to use drag and drop of items in an oracle form. I have seen
the demo "drag abd drop", but when I try to compile drag.fmb file, it
doesn't work well (i.e. buttons are placed to the upper left corner of
the canvas). Where can I find some docs about my problem or some *.fmb
suitable examples?
