BMC Patrol performance problems

Hi.
I'm using BMC Patrol product to monitor database availability and
performance.
The problem is that Patrol's SQL statements are causing a lot of
performance problems ( on some db's these statements are responsible
for more then 90% of buffer-gets ).
Does anybody had that problem as well or it's only me?
