I don't know of a site but, if you know 4.5, you will have no major problems with 6.0. In addition to those listed by Matt B., main differences off the top of my head are:

  • Item prompts are now properties of items, not boilerplate
  • Wizards (Data Block, Layout & LOV)
  • Frames can now automate layout of data blocks
  • Object libraries as stores of reusable objects
  • Report object for direct communication with Oracle Reports
  • Support for thin-client deployment via Forms Server
  • Additional tools, e.g. Java Bean, OCX (not for web-deployment)
  • Some support for Oracle 8 object types, depending on version
  • Improved support of property classes and subclassing generally

The on-line documentation that comes with Forms/Reports is worth installing and reading.
