It's mean, you set in storage parameters for table incorrect values pctfree
and pctused.
[Quoted] pctfree+pctused must be less than100
some info:
pctfree - percent of Oracle block for consequence record update (i.e. if you
[Quoted] insert records into table and block fill on 90%, you can't more insert into
this block)
[Quoted] pctused - After delete from table block appear in a free list after achive
pctused.
